Soybean crop ratings are high and November prices are struggling to get above $9.00. Amid several bearish concerns for soybeans in 2020, one bright spot is soybean oil.

Cover crops have many obvious advantages, from improving soil health to feeding soil organisms. Less apparent benefits include trapping and recycling nutrients in the soil and allowing better use of fertilizer resources.
December corn is down 3 cents per bushel, November soybeans are down 4 1/4 cents, and September KC wheat is down 2 cents.
Firm pressure is expected to continue in lean hog trade Tuesday morning following early week pressure in nearby contracts. With August and October futures now trading under the $50 per cwt price levels, additional concerns are developing about increased liquidation. Cattle futures remain firm, but upside potential appears limited.
