   Cattle Continue to Rally on Excellent Support

   New showlists for the week are higher as seasonal supplies are increasing.

GENERAL COMMENTS:

   For the cattle complex, it was another refreshing and invigorating day as
the cattle contracts continued to rally higher. But for the lean hog complex it
was another letdown of a day as the market sank lower. December corn is up 3
cents per bushel and December soybean meal is up $3.40. The Dow Jones
Industrial Average is down 141.30 points and the NASDAQ is down 111.85 points.
